Holiday party swag printing: the gift people pick themselves
The annual-gift problem is a sizing problem wearing a bow. Instead of 600 identical zip-ups ordered in October, run a live station at the party — guests choose the piece, the color, and the design, and it's made while they hold a drink and watch.
Built for the evening format
Holiday parties run dark, loud, and social — the station has to work as scenery, not just production. Ours is lit like a pop-up shop: garment wall glowing, press counter front and center, crew dressed for the room.
- Gift-grade garments: heavyweight hoodies, embroidered beanies, and premium crewnecks rather than giveaway-weight tees.
- Engraving corner: tumblers and bar tools personalized with names — the keepsake tier that spouses and plus-ones love.
- Late-night pacing: orders spike after dinner; we staff the 8–11 pm window heaviest and take last orders before the final set.
- Plus-one friendly: on-demand means partners get real gifts too, without HR pre-ordering doubles.
January bonus: nothing to store, return, or quietly donate. The gift budget ends the night at zero inventory.
Book the season early — December calendars close in September.
Holiday dates are the first to sell out every year. If your party lands the first two weeks of December, get the date held by early fall; art and product decisions can follow later. Venues in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego carry no travel fee, and Las Vegas parties add a flat $900.
