- The big-three venues: LVCC, Mandalay Bay, and the Venetian Expo each have their own drayage rhythms and power-order quirks — we've worked them all and file paperwork accordingly.
- Multi-day stamina: three-day shows need inventory pacing and staffing rotations, not just a bigger pile of blanks. We plan per-day caps with you in advance.
- Off-floor events too: sales kickoffs, incentive-trip dinners, and suite parties across the Strip use the same crew on the same trip — stacking events shares the travel fee.
- Sensible freight: equipment drives in with us; nothing depends on air cargo or show-site rentals appearing on time.
